Powering Lexus LX is a high-output, high-torque 3.5-litre twin turbo V6 that produces 409 HP and 479 lb-ft. of torque. Mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and complemented by an Electronically Controlled Brake (ECB) system and Electric Power Steering (EPS), Lexus LX delivers refined control in both on- and off-road conditions.
SUSPENSION SYSTEMS
LX’s elite level of on-road handling and off-road performance go hand-in-hand with its high-mounted front double wishbone and four-link axle-type rear suspension systems.
The available Active Height Control (AHC) automatically raises or lowers vehicle height according to conditions. While the standard Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) both serve to create a flawless ride in all conditions.
OFF-ROAD PROWESS
Lexus LX features a permanent 4WD system that sends power to all four wheels at all times. Should any wheel slip, Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) automatically applies brake force while simultaneously providing driving force to the wheels with grip.
