As a third generation automotive dealer, there were 2 things that I learned from my father which have stuck with me throughout the years.

To this extent, our most popular and talked about experience is our ‘Royal Spa’. This is the place where Royal VIP Reward members take in a relaxing manicure or pedicure while receiving a comforting massage, as they wait for their vehicle to be serviced.
I know many of the guests at Lexus of Royal Oak lead very busy lives on tight schedules. For our guests who do not have time to be pampered upstairs in our Spa, a Lexus loaner is provided so they can carry on with their day. For guests who cannot spare the time to come into the dealership, guests can pre-book our city-wide valet service will pick up their vehicle at their home or work place, drive it to the dealership for servicing and drop it off to them at the end of the day after servicing with exterior and interior clean! Servicing has never been so easy or enjoyable!
