We understand the spread of COVID-19 have put many of us in a difficult position when it comes to making monthly payments on essential items, including your vehicles. To assist with financial relief, Lexus Financial Services is offering a program (on individual basis) to help relieve the burden for their lease and finance customers. If you currently have a vehicle that is being leased or financed through Lexus Canada, please contact the LFS Guest Customer Care Center at 1-800-661-3062 for assistance and information regarding this program. Please have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) readily available so Lexus can verify your information. Your VIN is a 17 character number and can be found on your vehicle registration, insurance documents, near the top of your contract, or on the bottom right hand side of your windshield.
Lexus Canada is bringing in more resources to help with the high volume of calls, but even so, you may face a small wait time. Alternatively, you can register your vehicle on the new LFS Customer Portal at portal.lexusfinancial.ca and follow the instructions to register. Once the vehicle has been registered, click on “My Services” on the top menu bar and select “General Request” from the drop down menu. In the “Request Details” box, please type in “I would like to defer my next payment, please contact me” and press SEND. Once the message is received, a live agent will contact you when available with some more information regarding the program.
