CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
THE 2023 LEXUS OF ROYAL OAK, AND PAUL ZIZKA GIVEAWAY IS INTENDED TO BE ENTERED BY THOSE RESIDING IN ALBERTA ONLY. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE THE AGE OF MAJORITY OR OLDER IN ALBERTA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONTEST RULES.
1. Contest period. The contest begins on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 at 9:00AM MST and ends on Friday, February 5th, 2023 at 5:00PM MST (the “Contest Period”). Winner will be announced on Lexus of Royal Oak and Paul Zizka’s Instagram stories on February 6th at 11:00AM.
2. Eligibility. Contest is open to all legal residents of Alberta who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who possess a valid driver’s license.
3. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random, via randomized draw generator app on February 6th. Participants who follow both Lexus of Royal Oak and Paul Zizka’s correct Instagram handles, like the giveaway post, and tag have tagged another valid Instagram account in the comment section of the giveaway post will be entered to win. Winners will be announced within 48 hours of draw time. Winners have 24 hours to reply to confirm their prize.
4. How to enter. All participants must follow both Lexus of Royal Oak and Paul Zizka’s correct Instagram handles, like the giveaway post, and tag have tagged another valid Instagram account in the comment section of the giveaway post.
5. Proof of Identity. Lexus of Royal Oak shall have the right to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Contest. Winner is required to provide a valid ID, government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License at time of picking up prize. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification. Winner must agree to terms and conditions outlined by Lexus of Royal Oak, such as filling out a test drive form with honest and accurate information. Lexus of Royal Oak and Paul Zizka will not be held liable for any events that occur during the giveaway. To win this contest, you must consent to Lexus of Royal Oak retaining credit card information on file should any damages (i.e. damaged windshield, curb rash, minor exterior damages, etc.) arise the winner is in possession of the 2023 Lexus RX.
6. Prize Acceptance. To claim the prize, the winner will be required to come to Lexus of Royal Oak on the evening of Thursday, February 9th to be shown how to operate the 2023 Lexus RX, sign required paperwork and receive in-store credit to 4296’s, Bar Déjà Vu. Dates and times cannot be modified unless arranged by the winner and approved by the event coordinator. While you are in possession of the Lexus RX for the weekend, your car will receive the Vice-Presidential Detail Package. The Lexus RX is to be returned to Lexus of Royal Oak on Sunday, December 12th. On Sunday, February 12th, a Lexus of Royal Oak team member will meet you at the dealership to collect the RX keys and hand you the keys to your vehicle. To collect the Paul Zizka print, your contact information will be provided to Paul Zizka’s marketing team. You will be contacted to select your print of choice.
Administrators reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
