I had the best experience pedicure with Nozomi at Lexus Royal Oak. She is amazing esthetician very sweet and did an excellent job with my pedicure. Love the fact that I can get my nails done and my oil change at the same time. Best part is the barista- makes great latte.

I don't normally leave an review, but I had an great experience purchasing an new vehicle at the Royal Oak Lexus car dealership. The staff including Si-King, Steve Tran and Lisa were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their friendly demeanor made us feel very welcomed and confident in our purchase. I would definitely recommend the Royal Oak Lexus to my family and friends for their next vehicle. I'm looking forward to purchase another one in the future with the Royal Oak car dealership! Please keep up the good work, the service provided is excellent.

My wife and I were looking for a very specific car, and I'd found the one listed through Kijiji. I'm always wary of dealerships because of the dishonesty of some, however we had an amazing experience with Lexus of Royal Oak. I'd called and had been talking with the salesman, Adrian. He was very helpful throughout every interaction. We're located out of province and couldn't physically see or drive the car but I was provided with honesty about the current condition with pictures and a video tour, as well as what was going to be done to correct paint, scratches, etc. The team at Lexus truly went above and beyond with their service. They made the process very easy and stress free (we also loved the coffee bar). When we came to pick up the car, I was blown away with the impressively detailed interior, I couldn't find a spec of dust and weeks later the car still smells brand new (even with 45k km). New battery, fresh service, snow tires on rims, and the yeti coffee mugs we're all very pleasant bonuses and we definitely feel spoiled. Thank you to Adrian, Adrian's manager (for the tires), Alex and Candice, and the barista, for their splendid expertise, service, and care. 6/5 stars!

5 + stars for sure! I purchased a 2024 Lexus NX 350 from Jimmy, and I had the greatest experience at Lexus of Royal Oak. I was welcomed at the door, I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable the minute I walked in. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was an easy buy. The finance department were so great also, everyone I talked to there made it an exceptional experience. I highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this company. Thank you !!! Had an amazing experience with the Service department yesterday. David from service went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Truly impressive! Thank you David!!! My appointment with Nozomi was relaxing and fantastic! She is the best, she listens to what you want and delivers the results. Sometimes when I am unsure, Nozomi is so patient with me and paints 3-4 different colours to help me decide. Also, she gives the most relaxing mini massage when you get a pedicure. Thank you Nozomi!!! In a nutshell, excellent service, delicious coffee!!! just an overall pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience here. My windshield was broken and went to change a new one. The most impressed is they provided a new Lexus NX 250 for me and washed my car after the service. They always keep the highest service level and the staff are very friendly.

I always feel I"m in great hands whenever I step in the dealership. They also go the extra mile making sure you are aware of the process every step of the way.

I am driving my second vehicle from Lexus of Royal Oak and continue to use their service department after years of excellent care. They are always professional, accommodating, and friendly. I would keep driving a Lexus forever not only for the quality of their cars but the service support. My husband bought a Mercedes SUV two years ago and the difference in our experiences both in vehicles and the service totally supports my loyalty to Lexus.

Kevin was my sales guy and he was really nice and helpful. The dealership is really fancy and service made you feel luxurious. Happy with my purchase.
